HSBC rebel investor says U.S. unit may need Chapter 11

LONDON (Reuters) - A rebel shareholder in HSBC Holdings again urged Europe’s biggest bank to sell its U.S. business, saying if it didn’t the unit may have to file for Chapter 11 protection from creditors.
