SEATTLE/SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Yahoo Inc has three weeks to accept Microsoft Corp’s $31 per share cash-and-stock offer or Microsoft may lower its bid and seek to win over Yahoo shareholders directly, Microsoft said on Saturday.
