Anheuser seen rejecting InBev offer

PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) - Anheuser-Busch is expected to reject InBev NV’s unsolicited $46.3 billion (23.45 billion pounds) offer as too low and outline its own restructuring plan, according to media reports on Wednesday.
