April 18, 2008 on 2:46 pm | In Business News |NEW YORK (Reuters) - The banks being sued in the dispute over the $20 billion (10 billion pound) Clear Channel Communications Inc leveraged buyout asked the Supreme Court of Texas to stay all proceedings in a trial court there, according to court documents.
